Manufactures de Mode’s mission is to support the Maisons d’Art (Lesage, Lemarié, Lognon, Causse, Goossens, Massaro, Desrues, Montex, Maison Michel, Paloma) and more than forty other Manufactures in order to guarantee their development and durability. MDM, like the Houses/Manufactures in its ecosystem, shares with Chanel the same requirements of quality, exclusivity and innovation. Today, Manufactures de Mode has developed significantly (in France and internationally) and constitutes a multiple and rich ensemble in the fields of ready-to-wear, shoes, leather goods, leather and also jewellery, which have been acquired or developed organically. MDM head office is located in Paris.

The position is part of the Manufactures de Mode (“MDM”) Financial Reporting team in Paris but works closely with the Chanel Limited Group Financial Reporting team in London. The MDM perimeter forms part of Chanel Limited’s consolidated financial statements.


This role is based in Paris and will report to the Head of Group Reporting of Manufactures de Mode.

In this inspiring environment, we are looking for a Junior Group reporting, member of MDM finance team.


Assist the Head of Group reporting MDM in:

  • Preparation of the consolidated MDM perimeter under International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”)
  • Coordinate submission of financial data from over 40 subsidiaries for quarterly reporting cycles
  • Manage intercompany reconciliation process for MDM scope.
  • Perform data analysis and quality review of financial data submitted by entities within the MDM perimeter on a quarterly basis.
  • Provide analysis to Group on performance and key accounting matters for relevant reporting cycles.
  • Coordinate Country-by-Country Reporting for ultimate parent company by gathering critical information to comply with external tax reporting.



  • University, High degree in Finance, audit, tax Economy business law.
  • First 6 months experience as trainee in External auditor firm department, or in a Group reporting department in a company with significant perimeter is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial systems: HFM or equivalent consolidation tool.
  • French mother tong and English fluency are mandatory – Italian, Spanish are a plus.
